Proficient in Government and Institutional Liaison as well as Stakeholder Management, recognized for outstanding multitasking skills and the capability to handle critical situations with accuracy, all while delivering consistent outcomes in dynamic, cross-functional organizational environments.

At Bilimale, he holds the position of CEO, guiding the strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving global business growth.

Dr. Jayaram Parthasarathy

Dr. Jayaram Parthasarathy is an accomplished professional with over 44+ years of experience, having held senior roles such as Ex-Director at STPI, Development Commissioner for IT SEZs, and Chief Manager(R&D) at ET&T under the Government of India. He Currently serves as an Advisor to the IT Park of Republic Uzbekistan, supporting IT sector growth under the Ministry of Information Technology & Communication.

At Bilimale, he drives strategic planning, digital integration, and regulatory compliance, ensuring cutting-edge efficiency in GCC process and building robust eco system.

Suresh Ram

President

Suresh Ram is an Architect/Mega-Project Specialist (Construction) and has been involved in the Real Estate development space for over 35 years. He has delivered world class projects and has served at C-level positions while working with Chairmen of large groups, managing and delivering $MMM capital value projects from design development through project execution and handover. He has had the opportunity to work in multicultural environments with teams across the World. His in-depth knowledge of the industry has helped him provide hands-on leadership in matters relating to Design, Engineering and Construction. Some of his projects include: High-Rise Offices/ Commercial and Residential Towers, Formula-1 Race track Complex, Luxury 5-star Beach-side Resort, Mixed-Use- Luxury Villas and more.

After a long stint in Dubai, Suresh Ram is now settled in Canada and has a base in India. Suresh sees an opportunity to utilize his deep domain experience and combine it with technology to create practical and real-life solutions for the RE industry. To this purpose, he formed Infiblocks Technologies Inc. Canada with a core focus on developing blockchain based digital solutions for the AEC domains with Bilimale. His product InfiProjects, is a Blockchain based platform specially for the AEC industry to help all stakeholders work on a collaborative platform resulting in: Trust, Proof of Submission, Dispute Management and Standard Operating Procedures. He has ensured that blockchain technology is under the hood and is not intimidating to the users.
